Introduction
On 16 October 2025, the article reported Cartier's launch of Love Unlimited as an addition to the signature Love collection, which had been part of the house for more than half a century. The launch framed the 'Unlimited' idea through a flexible, refined, and contemporary interpretation of love.

🌹 The origin of the Love Bracelet legend
The original Love Bracelet was created in 1969 by celebrated Italian designer Aldo Cipullo. He designed a bracelet that had to be secured with a screwdriver, representing the close commitment between two people. Its clean lines, oval gold form, and flat screw motif became house signatures. Over time, many wearers have treated it as a symbol of lasting partnership.
✨ A return under the 'Unlimited' idea
At the 2025 launch, more than 50 years after the original Love Bracelet appeared, Cartier presented Love Unlimited under the idea of love without limits. Unlike the original screwdriver-fastened design, this version was naturally flexible and easier to put on, while retaining the distinctive screw motif around the bracelet.
Vivy Brandname reads the design as a vision of love that balances commitment with flexibility and individual space.

💎 Advanced design and technique
At launch, Cartier presented Love Unlimited in 18-carat Yellow Gold, Pink Gold, and White Gold.
Cartier described the Invisible Clasp as a defining feature, integrating more than 200 mechanical components within a single bracelet.
The polished metal retained the original Love Bracelet screw motif. Its added fluidity can be read as a reflection of flexibility in modern relationships.
Seen alongside the bracelet's fastening mechanism, that fluidity offers a contemporary reading of the Love concept: commitment need not erase individuality, and mutual respect can remain part of the bond.
